Visa Application Charges

Payment must be included for your application to be valid.

The processing charge cannot be refunded, irrespective of the outcome of the application.

  • Payment by credit card
    Payment using credit cards are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) - only Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Diners and JCB accepted.

    Note: When paying by credit card in Australian Dollars you may incur banking and currency conversion fees and you must accept the risk associated with any currency fluctuations.

    Please ensure with your bank that your daily credit limit and funds are sufficient to cover the visa application charge.

    If you do not have a credit card, you may arrange for another person to pay by credit card on your behalf. Please ensure the credit card holder signs the authorisation form.

    Your application will be returned if:
    • you do not include payment details
    • we are unable to deduct the fee from your credit card
    • you authorise us to deduct a fee which is insufficient.

  • Optional service - couriers:

    If you wish us to arrange the return delivery of your passport and/ or other documents by UPS, please complete the form below and send it with your application or fax it to us if your application is already in process.

    Note: Visa electron or Visa debit cards cannot be accepted for this.

Important information, please note:
You should not book flights or make travel commitments until you have a visa to travel to Australia. The department will not be liable for any financial loss incurred by clients whose visa application was finalised later than expected or where an application is unsuccessful.
